About the owner

JJ (Johan Barnard) - Director and owner JJ, is passionate about life, people, and their morale.


JJ started out running a second hand store for his father after he left school. Eventually started working for himself in the home security sector.


In 2013 he had to start working as a Health and Safety facilitator, training people in various health and safety related courses. He had to think out of the box, adapting to various situations that arose within this field, from adapting the way he presented courses, to the environment he was presenting in. As classes varied from general workers to even CEO’s, he had to ensure he had an always adapting attitude, maintaining the attention of his students, ensuring that they enjoyed the classes, whilst maintaining a professional image. At times he had to change the complete structure of the training, in a way, so that the training could continue. Adapting to an almost everyday situation, differently. As each applicable course may be the same, but the way of presenting, was everchanging. He believes, that if you truly enjoyed something, you will not forget it. JJ wants to create a working environment, where employees are eager to come to work. He lives with the quote by Richard Branson, “Train people so they can leave, treat them well enough so they don’t want to”
